Terms of Service
Tuition payments shall be made by Student according to the agreed upon payment schedule. Student understands that there is a ten (10) day grace period for payments. Late payments shall result in a $25 late fee. If the Student is more than ten (10) business days late in making a scheduled payment, his/her student account may be suspended. If the Student has any outstanding balance more than sixty (60) days old, his/her enrollment may be terminated unless there is a written agreement with WOLI to the contrary. If Student has secured a student loan, then payments shall be made to the loan provider according to the payment schedule provided by the loan provider. Until such a loan is secured and a promissory note is signed, Student will be held liable for the full tuition. The undersigned Student agrees to pay any and all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs should they become delinquent in their payments. If student is delinquent in their tuition payments, WOLI reserves the right to charge Students credit card on file for any and all past-due tuition fees plus late fees incurred.
If Student elects to be on an automatic payment plan, Student authorizes WOLI to automatically charge a credit card on file according to the tuition payment schedule. Student must notify WOLI if he or she wishes to discontinue the automatic charge option and arrange for alternative payment method. The student is responsible for making the school aware in any change involving a card on file and providing the updated information.
If the tuition is being paid by a third party (e.g., the Student’s employer, a government agency, or any other private, non-profit, or public agency or institution), Student agrees that if the third party either does not pay the required tuition payments, or otherwise defaults on tuition payments, then Student will be liable for any remaining balance due to WOLI plus any fees assessed for delinquency.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
All refunds are based on guidelines provided by the State Of New Jersey Postsecondary Education Commission and are calculated based on clock hours allowed.
Programs are priced as a package, which reflects the individual courseware included. Therefore, in the event that a refund is issued after the program start date, only the unused tuition will be refunded. Unused tuition will be calculated by taking the total tuition amount less scholarship, if granted, less the standard price for a program already started (whether the student has attended the course or not), less the standard list price for all certification exam preparation tools and the standard list price of all certification exams. There is a restocking fee for all books that have been shipped whether opened or not. It is the student’s obligation to ship these books back at their own cost.
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment in a program or at the school must do so in writing. The request must include the date of withdrawal and must be dated and signed by the student. This letter must be received within one week of the withdrawal (5 business days) to receive tuition reimbursement for that week. Tuition reimbursement will begin the week the notification is received. It is best to hand deliver the withdrawal letter and have a copy signed by the admissions officer or mail the letter by Certified Mail.
All monies will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after the enrollment agreement is signed by both parties, even if instruction has begun. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.

The Student may be subject to an additional registration and/or rescheduling fee in this case.
A student may choose to reschedule his or her courses if, for example, he or she falls behind, or takes a leave of absence.
For students in a Certificate Program, WOLI will reschedule courses once at no charge. WOLI charges $100 to the student for each subsequent reschedule request. For students taking individual courses, each revision will be subject to the $100 revision fee. If students are required to retake a course, the student may be charged the full tuition for the course.
